We implement mini hurdles as the 2nd phase in our plyo progression. (After Level 1 Body Weight Plyos). KEY: Our focus is increasing body control ( Ankle, Knee & Hip) while also teaching the athlete to violent explode off of the ground. . Drill 2 & 3 are excellent in training the athlete to be “short and quick” off of the ground. Great for any tip ball drill in basketball or football. Mini Hurdle 4 jumps to sprint - Two feet pause - Two feet Continuous - Two Feet Double rebound - Two Feet SL land - Two Feet Lateral R & L
