Traveling Plyometrics After level 2 team plyos we progress into traveling fast and aggressively with our plyometrics. Explosive power is something that every coach is looking to improve... These traveling plyometrics are crucial exercises to make sure all the weight room work transfers over to the field. Trust me, coach Neal and I love heavy cleans, deadlifts, weighted jumps, etc... but Plyo's are exercises we can teach a group or team of 100 plus young athletes with zero equipment. Try these 5 drills out with your team! 1.Lateral Push offs 10+10 x2 (Both directions) 2.Continuous Broad Jumps x4 jumps 3.Alt. Bounds x4 Jumps 4.Cycle Bounds x4 Jumps x2 (off of both legs) 5.
