The Queen is Dead, una de las obras maestras de The Smiths cumplió en junio 25 años. Uno de mis temas favoritos del álbum es la tercera canción, "I know it's over", una balada triste, de una inmensa melancolía , con líneas que te harán brotar lagrimas: "Oh, madre , puedo sentir la tierra callendo sobre mi cabeza. Mira, el mar quiere llevarme ,el cuchillo quiere cortarme ¿Crees que puedas ayudarme?....", . Esta estrofa repetida una y otra vez se me agarró al corazón y desde entonces me considero en deuda con Morrissey.
