Once I tell him about my pains, he will try to book a free therapy session. The salesman claims that I completed a health survey. This is untrue, which makes me mistrustful. The "therapy session" would involve a home visit by a Niagara sales representative who would demonstrate Niagara's products and then try to sell them. Fair enough, although there have been reports that the products cost a lot and some people felt pressurised to buy them. Naturally the company has lots of glowing testimonials from satisfied customers as well, so you can make up your own mind.
