Aunque en un principio se había dicho que la canción 2012 se estrenaría hasta el 3 de agosto de este año, ya podemos ver y escuchar que se ha filtrado mucho antes en la web, principalmente a través de los canales de Youtube. La letra de 2012, trata de cómo se ha de vivir como si fuera el último día de nuestra historia, que muy fuera del concepto de "Carpe Diem", cae perfectamente ante las supuestas profecías que aseguran el fin del mundo para este año. De cualquier forma, 2012, es una canción muy en la línea de Jay Sean, pero con unos aires bastante exquisitos que vienen de la voz de Nicki.
