Just place a bed, make sure the bed is set up correctly, then eat a pumpkin while spamming Interact and you will know you did it correctly if your character is glitched out and unable to use the bed. This glitch may take a few tries but it works on all platforms including PS5 and PC. For me it didn't work on "Rest" only on "Set respawn location".
