This video is from our July 2016 family trip to South Africa. This was shot at Exeter River Lodge from a Land Rover that was pretty full. The hyena pups were very active and put on a wonderful display of interaction and play. Whoever said hyenas are ugly creatures have clearly never seen a baby spotted hyena. I personally find the adults pretty amazing as well. A fantastic safari vacation. Our first for our two children who were amazed by the sites.
