It was at the tail end of the Lance Armstrong saga and cycling was in the spotlight. But as numerous doping scandals broke across multiple disciplines, it became clear the sporting world was in a crisis. He also details his move to work on the Commonwealth Games and their strategy for getting more eyes on the event, as well as his latest challenge; starting his own consultancy business.
