This video fragment was reportedly discovered in the tape of pre-owned camera bought in a pawn shop. I don't know that's what the posting I ripped it from said. It shows reactions a few seconds after the first plane impact. The audio couldn't be fully recovered and the rest of the tape went to blank according to the posting. Conspiracy-mongers think it's important because the time is wrong and there's a plane somewhere in the area of New York City just after the impact... no comment because saying anything to them would be like talking to a wall.
