Yes, it's true. There are men who are survivors of sexual assault in our military. And the numbers are alarming. Watch and listen for the statistics. Everyone should listen to these testimonies. You won't hear this said often by me, but this is one issue where the government really needs to get involved. Rape is not about sexual gratification. It's a violent act where the perpetrators seek a different kind of warped satisfaction; that of power and control. The military is plagued with this evil. Something must be done about it.
