We all learned Taiaha at the Polynesian Cultural Center. Here are some of the students from over the last 35 years in Taiaha at the Center. The school “Toi Hawaiki” has carried on at the Center since 1985, with 84 Poutahi (1st level) gradings, 44 Pourua, 23 Poutoru, 6 Pouwhā & 2 Pourima and Kim Makekau who is Pouwaru (8th level).
