@VLOG 002 : Broken Ankle & Trimalleolar Fractures Post Surgery Update
My 2nd vlog on Trimalleolar Fractures post surgery update! Thank you so much everyone for your well wishes! Glad doctor said my feet is healing pretty well after removing those stiches out. From 2 crutches, I'm told to reduce to one and with additional Orthopedic Boot. These boot is called controlled ankle movement (CAM) boot. So, here's my advice to those who's facing such unfortunate case like mine (but healing pretty good and hopefully can walk properly back real soon!). 1. Rest. This is the time to rest you leg and mind. Be the Prince / Princess all you want, ask for help everywhere you can from family to friends. And this is the time for you to watch all the drama series you missed out on Netflix! :p 2. Keep moving your feet and ankle as much as possible during this period. Bones are trying to form and heal, so you have to constantly move your feet. 3. Constantly place ice on the swollen part as often as possible to reduce the swelling. 4. Wear dress for ladies and sarong (a long cloth wrapped on waist) for guys so that you can move freely and easier to head over to washroom. 5. Always think positively because I believe positive thinking will tend to make you heal faster! So, be positive and I'll be a-okay real soon! Pray for my speedy recovery and thanks for watching! 🙏🏼
