The most popular street street food in India is surely Chole Bhature ! I decided to make Indian street food at home and made street style chola bhutura, it turned out extremely delicious ! This recipe is inspired from pinka ji ke Chole Bhature, this place was showcased in my Ambala Street Food video. Video Link - https://youtu.be/1hJiu-HP8u4 Chole Bhature Recipe - 1) CHOLE - Soak chole over night then pressure cook in tea water with clove. Cook the boiled chole in oil with roasted gram flour, red chilli powder and chole masala. Garnish the same with kashmiri red chilli oil, tamarind chutney, mint chutney and special spice mix. 2) BHATURE - Knead refined flour dough with semolina, curd, baking powder, salt and sugar using hot water.
