Hello YouTube! Today im going to show you on How to dual boot Windows 7 and Windows 8. Make sure you have your Windows 8 operating system disk and make sure it matches the bit as your Windows 7 OS. And also make sure your Windows 8 OS matches the bit like in Windows 7 (64bit or 32bit) Create a partition: 1. Go to start 2. Right click computer and choose Manage 3. Under storage to go Disk Management 4. Right Click the Hard Drive you want to partition (Usally the "C:" drive) and click Shrink Volume 5. Shrink it to 50000MB minimum (50GB) 6. Choose any Drive letter you want and click next on everything 7. Click finish and you are ready to go. Booting up Windows 8/8.1: 1. Turn off your computer 2. Turn on your computer and hit the key that leads you into the BIOS. 3. Go to you boot tab (it may be different for some users since alot of computers have their own options and ways but look for something similar or something that falls into the same category) 4. Change your first boot device from your hard drive to you CD/DVD drive 5. Insert the Windows 8 OS before you save the changes and exit 6. Save changes and exit 7. Press Any key to continue 8. Wait till you get to the installation WIndow 9. Choose languadge, keyboard input, and time zone 10. Enter your product key 11. Accept the license 12. Choose Advance installation 13. Choose the hard drive we partition earlier 14.
