This is a redo of the 1st root chakra muladhara installation of remixes of meditation music into ecstatic somatic music. You can utilize this to encourage feeling the earth, getting grounded, strengthen support within your body. I encourage listening on a room system with bass response that you can feel in your body. Move your body to the rhythm & tonality if you are feeling it, remaining grounded & connected to the earth through your root chakra. Move through & from the muladhara chakra. When I first did these ecstatic chakra dance remixes, I was housesitting & didn't have access to my monitor speakers, so I did everything in my headphones. As every sound engineer knows, it's important to compare mixes between big speakers, headphones, & little systems. It was hit or miss, & when I got back home, I heard that I had missed. ;-) So, here's a replacement remix YouTube video for the root chakra. Should sound better, hopefully.
