Conclusion: PS Vita is a more powerfull console with more tech inside. A little risky to mod it and a little hassle to install Retroarch or any other emulators and to run retro games. Downside of Vita is that it is old and used, and you have to search for one in good condition. RG350 is around the same price point with a second hand PS Vita, it comes new, it is well build, emulators are optimised, comes with a lot of emulators and fun retro games, it is easy to use and run retro games, altough i found it annoying to find the combination triggers to enter each emulator menu (maybe i should have read the manual). I personally recommend the PS Vita , mainly because it is at the same price range, and modded can run All the RG350 Retrogames and has better tech inside ( touchscreen, wifi, PSP and PS Vita games) YET, if you are new to the scene, and want a new retro gaming portable console, you will not be dissapointed by the RG350, AND, the community is big and helpfull for the RG350, so a lot of things are happening as we speak, game ports, new emulators, custom OS's and many other things
