This week marks the one year anniversary of the Hanau shootings, when on February 19th 2020 Tobias R. killed nine people by targeting two shisha bars in Hanau, central Germany. All of the victims had immigrant backgrounds. The authorities' inaction before and during the crime raises many questions. We spoke wiith Çetin Gültekin, brother of Gökhan Gültekin, who was one of the victims of the Hanau shootings.
