Israel is planning yet another annexation of Palestinian land, this time of the strategically important Jordan Valley. But Palestinian farmers have worked this land for thousands of years and they won’t leave without a fight. Resistance across the occupied territories is growing to Israel’s planned annexation of Palestinian land, this time in the Jordan Valley. The move is being backed by Donald Trump in the White House, and the leaders of the illegal settlements in the West Bank. For Palestinians living in the valley, the vast majority of which is occupied by the Israeli Army, the daily reality is harassment at checkpoints, water restrictions and evictions.
