Old Movie Watching with Rob's video: Larceny 1948 - Movie Review
@Larceny (1948) - Movie Review
Larceny was a 1948 crime film directed by George Sherman and starred John Payne, Joan Caulfield, Dan Duryea, and Shelley Winters. The story is about a group of con men who try to exploit a very sweet war widow, but can the hero of this story do this, knowing how wrong his actions are? I enjoyed this one and thought it had some good performances and a clever story with some interesting twists and turns. Plus I enjoyed seeing John Payne as a tough guy again as well as Dan Duryea as the creepy criminal. Let me give a summary of the film, spoiler free and then offer some closing thoughts.
