This Book will showcase 30 ‘Selected Entries’ from the University gallery alongside Wellbeing practices and Signposts to support. The project song will also feature on a digital version of this wellbeing resource, providing simple tools, practices, spoken word and music with the aim to help empower people in maintaining their health – the University edition will also showcase cover artwork selected from the University gallery.
