rethinkyourmind launched in Hertfordshire on World Mental Health Day at an event by Claire Evans of The Centre of Wellbeing. The team from HNE Media asked people to think what makes them feel better and recorded their answers. Thank you to all that came and made the day special! Thanks for the Banner Tom Steel Design is the hashtag for the national creative rethinkyourmind project. From October 12th 2016 to February 10th 2017 art, photography and poetry around this theme can be submitted for free by people of all ages at: www.rethinkyourmind.co.uk Selected entrants can feature in The Yellow Book the national wellbeing and signposting resource. They may also feature music album created to help sustain the project. This year people from Leicester Leicestershire and Rutland can feature in the first personalised NHS Yellow Book being spearheaded by Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust Background Song rethinkyourmind single by - Olivia Rose Deane Lyrics adapted from the poem 'My tangled mind set free' by Denise Claxton.
