Today i will show you how to make chana biryani easy to make and spicy.I hope you will like this recipe. Do share PLEASE. ngredients for rice rice 2 cups or 420 gm salt 2 tbsp cloves 3 green cardamom 3 bay leave 1 large star anise 1 cinnamon stick 1 small vinegar 2 tbsp ingredients for masala : 100% boiled chickpeas (raw 1-1/2 cups) boiled chickpeas water 1 glass oil 1/2 cup yogurt 1/2 cup garlic paste 1 tbsp full ginger 1/2 tbsp , green chilies 3,tomato 1 medium (make a paste) tomato 1 medium round sliced ginger 1 tbsp julienne green whole chilies 5 mint 1/4 cup coriander 1/2 cup biryani essence 1/2 tsp zarda color 1/4 tsp fried onion 1 cup full cloves 5 green cardamom 3 black cardamom 1 star anise 1-1/2 cinnamon stick 2 small cumin seeds 1 tsp black pepper corns 1/2 tsp biryani masala 2 tbsp full https://youtu.be/8ARsnkabHzo home made bombay biryani masala https://youtu.be/iJLgCc6__T0 METHOD : first boil chickpeas 100% with 1/2 tbsp salt and drain almost all water just keep 1 glass for later use. boil rice 80% with mentioned ingredients and set a side. then add oil in a pot an fry 2 medium onions put on a kitchen tissue and add whole spices in the remaining oil. after few seconds when spices crackle nicely add half of the fried onion.garlic paste,all spices and tomato paste. mix well and add 1/4 cup water. cook it nicely on medium high flame for 2,3 minutes. when oil comes out on top add whipped yogurt. mix again and let it dry completely. after 2,3 minutes add chickpeas with water and cook in masala for 5 minutes. flame should be on low. when most of the water gets dry add julienne ginger.green chilies.2 tbsp fried onion,tomato slices and mint and coriander. add 2,3 drops of biryani essence too. now layer the rice and add remaining fried onion,mint,coriander on top. add biryani essence and food color in 2 tbsp water. mix well and pour on rice at 2,3 places. add 2,3 tsp oil aswell. mean while heat up a flat tawa and put the pot on it. flame should be on high under tawa. put a kitchen towel on the pot and cover with the lid. simmer on high flame for another 3,4 minutes then on medium low flame for 10 minutes. mix from a side gently put in a serving tray and serve with raita or salad and enjoy. membership button link is down below https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3MaHDA7Y_QeYnZLlh0J5CQ/join
