Consistently wiping your face with the same towel creates bacteria build up on your towel. A proper diet and regular exercises also help. I am no dietician, but improving the quality in your meals increases the amount of Vitamins that will help your skin, such as Vitamins A, E, and C! You can easily increase your intake just by incorporating more fruits and veggies :) YUMMY! Sweating is so good for your skin! It cleans and purges your pores from the inside out. Also, don't forget to drink 8-10 glasses of water! Our bodies are made up of 50%-75% of water.
