At the beginning Miss Lightly is on the left and Miss Pollock-Smith on the right... before the many "change-overs." Inter title reads: "A match between two expert - exponents of the Italian Style - Miss Pollock-Smith and Miss Lightly." Several shots of the two experts fencing. A teacher points out what the two women are doing to students of the sport who watch in the action. Miss Pollock-Smith wins the contest. They both shake hands and are applauded at the end of the contest.
