1955. English. Child actors Bobby and Johnny Crawford demonstrate fencing on the American children's television show, The Mickey Mouse Club. Johnny Crawford, one of the original "Mouseketeers," later stated he was told of the auditions for the show by his fencing master, Ralph Faulkner. Johnny and Bobby both took lessons at Falcon Studios, Faulkner's salle d'armes. Johnny Crawford's first major break in cinema came shortly after this when he was cast as a regular on the TV western series, "The Rifleman."
