Absolute beauty--the blankets of white wild garlic--so abundant encouraged by the damp prolonged weather conditions. A cheerful greeting as I decide to take a diversion off the main track wandering down thru narrow tracks embraced by beauty and then later much a wider track which eventually linking up with the main pathway to Cheddar village. The Warren Road track is an alternative route to and fro Cheddar either to and from the AONB -the Mendips hills instead of passing thru Piney Sleights farm. In my case Time a deciding factor and the 126 bus....But I do enjoy both routes and like to vary...
