Hi loves, Please refer to the recipes shared below : 1) FRUIT & YOGURT MUESLI BOWL Ingredients: 1/2 cup yogurt 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup Muesli 1/2 cup fruit 1-2 tablespoons nut butter drizzle of honey (optional) Instructions: 1. Put everything into a bowl. 2. EAT UP. ENERGY BALLS Ingredients: 4 cups medjool dates, pitted / Banana 1/2 cup raw cashews // sub raw almonds, peanuts etc. 1/2 cup Muesli 2 tablespoons Butter Directions: 1. Add cashews and muesli to a blender or food processor, blend until it's in fine pieces. 2. Add in dates/ Banana and butter. Blend until a thick paste. If it's too thick to blend try adding a little bit more coconut oil, or splitting the "batter" into two sections. 3. Roll into bite sized balls. 4. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before eating! 5. EAT UP.
