Michael Kearns is an actor, screenwriter, father and activist. I am proud to also call him my friend. Michael has a long list of credits, from television to feature films, starring in features directed by world-class filmmakers such as Brian De Palma ("Body Double") and John Landis ("Kentucky Fried Movie") - in a hilarious scene too raunchy to include here. Among his other accomplishments, he is a noted screenwriter ("Nine Lives"), teaches acting, and performs regularly on stage. He is also recognized as being the first "out" gay actor in Hollywood. Michael's autobiography, "The Truth Is Bad Enough," will be out later this year. The song is "This Is My Life" by Shirley Bassey.
