The flashback portion is 1947 - Vikram at Vikramathirtha struggles hard to save the people from British Empire onslaught. At this ‘Vikrama Thirtha’ Vikram is posted as a cop on training. He saves the life of people from bondage and his developmental works is a big drain to the local thugs - headed by international criminal - Vikram Singh again. The issue now is the Uranium strength in the land of ‘Vikrama Thirtha’. The place under custody of Vikram a strong, rough and tough cop is the demanding place for export of Uranium. How this is tackled by Vikram and further development is another chilling portion of the film.
