Fit In 15 Bootcamp is a Real Time workout is a 5 exercise, bodyweight circuit where you workout with me. I have a timer embedded in the video so it is super easy to follow along. All you need is a mat, water bottle and a workout space. These 5 exercise combine full body cardio, abs and strength exercises. It is guranteed, after 3 rounds, to give you a great workout. Remember, all you need is 15 minutes a few days a week. Format: Level 1 (basic)- I recommend that you work for 30 seconds and take a 30 sec break. Level 2 (intermediate)- 40/20 (40 seconds work/20 second break) Level 3 (advanced)- 50/10 (50 seconds work/10 second break) *In the Real Time Workout Video, I am doing Level 3 Do 3 Rounds with about a 45-60 second rest between rounds The 5 Exercises: 1. Burpees 2. Alternating Angled Push-Ups 3. Floor Touch Jacks 4. Seated Knee Tuck Abs 5. Up/Down Plank In the video, I use a gymboss timer (www.gymboss.com) to time my workouts. I love it b/c it beeps at me when I need to finish my interval and then beeps again when I need to start my interval.
