Format: 10 exercises x 30 seconds each for 1 round = 5 minutes. Equipment: Jump Rope Exercise Mat This video features a 5 minute Bodyweight warm-up, good to do before any type of run, HIIT, Fit In 15 and/or circuit training workouts. There are 10 exercises, focused on warming up all of the major muscle groups in the upper and lower extremities. There are 10 exercises, done for 30 seconds each for 1 round making it 5 minutes. I use a jump rope in this video, however, you can easily replace jump rope with jumping jacks, etc.
