simpLymodish's video: DIY Adding Lace Trim to Clothes

@DIY Adding Lace Trim to Clothes
Watch in HD for better quality (in 720p) Finally I was able to do a new DIY project and love how easy and simple it is! If you've notice, lace is a huge trend during the Fall/Winter season. To soften up the hard and edgy looks of all the dark colors and studs, the lace gives it an unexpected and much need feminine quality, and balances the whole outfit. I shop at Zara over 50% of the time and saw that many of its pieces have lace trims, and thought to myself, wow I can do the same for less! Instead of paying $30-$50 or more for an article of clothing, I can add the lace to my old pieces or buy much cheaper, sale items and do the same! Here I'll show you how to achieve the Lace-Trim look for less then $5!!!! WHAT YOU'LL NEED: - Lace (can be any color or style) -- I purchased mine at Hobby Lobby and used the 40% off weekly coupon. The grey one I used in this video was really stiff, so I recommend buying the softer or the ones on the spool where they'll cut it off for you. I spent $1.50. - Bonding Tape (Black or White) - Iron - Scissors - Measure Tap - Towels (small hand towel and medium size) - Pins OUTFITS 1 (with Black Laced Skirt): -Blue Lace Chiffon Top by Lauren Conrad -Forever 21 New Booties - http://goo.gl/H24yE1 OUTFIT 2 (with White Silk Laced Shorts): -Blue Turtle Neck Sweater by H&M -Zara Heels (old) -Forever 21 PJ Set http://goo.gl/5M4Jsl ************************************* Please support and SUBSCRIBE!!
