My theory is that the Pam dries the top layer of nail polish, but anything beneath that stays wet so when you press on it, you get those indentations in the nail polish (that I personally hate). If I'm ever in a pinch/totally out of top coat, I'll go grab some Pam from the kitchen. Otherwise, this was a fail for me. ________________________________ +FILMING INFO Filmed with...
