As Pinoys, our usual favorites are pansit, palabok, molo soup, which are popular Filipino noodles. I asked Ron to cook something that we don't usually eat, so we decided to try Chiang Mai Noodle Soup or in other countries they call it Khao soi. This is our own version of a popular local Thai noodle soup. There are no exact measurement of ingredients here, but I made a step by step how this noodle soup is easily done. Hope you guys enjoy it!!! This food is my new favorite! HOW TO COOK CHIANG MAI NOODLE SOUP 1. Prepare all the ingredients - Kara Coconut Milk/Cream - Safoco Egg Noodles - Thai Red Curry Paste - Onion, Chili, Ginger, Chicken breast, Bukchoy, Fishballs, Wanton Strips, Chopped Lemon Grass 2. Stir fry the onions, chili, ginger, and lemon grass 3. Add Thai Red Curry Paste 4. Add chicken breast and mix it with the curry paste 5. Add water, coconut cream, fishballs, and simmer for 20minutes. (Do Not Boil) 6. Add patis (fish sauce), brown sugar, and chicken broth cube for added taste. Mix the soup and simmer for few minutes, then your soup is ready! 7. For the toppings: Slice the wanton wrapper to strips and deep fry until it turns crispy. 8. Steam the bukchoy and boil the egg noodles for 2 minutes. 9. Place the noodles in a bowl with the bukchoy, then add the fishballs and chicken. 10.
