As of the Heist league there's several choices to try to source this item, but it's harder to get than Shavronne's Wrappings. You can try to hit it with the divination card Heterochromia (which grants a unique two-stone ring, most commonly a Berek's ring), but that card is quite rare (similar rarity to Abandoned Wealth, the '5 card set for 3 exalts' card) and you only seem to have a couple % chance for your unique two-stone to be Call, so don't bother with farming this card. You can try to target league mechanics that grant jewellery rewards if available, but again it's still rare. Ultimately the best option is likely to use chance orbs on every cold and lightning two-stone ring that drops for you. NOTE: THIS NEXT LINE IS NOT QUITE TRUE IN 3.14 AND ONWARD: If you want a shaper influenced version (as I have in this video), you will also want to consider the Trash to Treasure prophecy, which is staggeringly rare but can be purchased from other players in a trade league.
