Want to know how the playerbase learned that Unnatural Instinct (and other unique jewels) appear to have been made more common this league, or that Rakiata's Dance was added at Headhunter rarity? Some Inscribed Ultimatums let you upgrade (or sometimes downgrade...) one unique item into another. But hidden in this not-often-useful mechanic is a real gem - information on exact rarity tiers for all uniques in the game except the more common ones. Research behind this video was mostly organised in the 'Prohibited Library' POE discord run by PoorFishWife. One weakness with the RItual method was that it couldn't differentiate between T1 and T0 rarity uniques, another more serious one was that it relied upon player-generated screenshots after finding specific uniques in rituals, which was not a common event.
