Something different to the content I normally make. I usually cover the online game Path of Exile and make videos aimed at already enfranchised players. Most of my videos just won't interest people who don't have at least 50 hours experience in the game. One of my videos (actually a past stream VOD) that I expected to be a mediocre performer had stratospheric results, getting 30 times the watch hours of any other video on my channel. Including being shown to many people it really made no sense for. I don't know how to repeat the feat, but here's what I learned from the experience.
