SOMETHING SENSIBLE 2 Genre: Horror, fantasy. Synopsis: A year has passed. With the help of a mysterious shapeshifter, Trevor has successfully changed the course of history and he now lives what he always wanted: a normal life, as the patron of a local strip club. But when one of the girls mysteriously vanish, he follows the kidnapper's trail, uncovering something worse than he could ever imagine: True evil. ______________________ GIRL TALK Joseph never really noticed her before that day. Sure, he had seen Jenna, his brother's fiancée and soon to be wife. But that moment, when she came to him in that empty room while he was tuning the guitar, was the first time he had truly noticed her. Moderately intoxicated, she says "I like your style." Joseph is speechless. Soon after, she turns around and join the others. Joseph starts to feel entranced. He saw her in his dreams. He even got closer to his brother, estranged for years, in hopes to reach Jenna. But that brief moment in that empty room proved to be a momentary lapse of reason. Because this kind of thing never happens to guys like Joseph. Days later, at a party full of shitheads, Joseph decided that enough is enough. He let it all out. He told his friends all about Jenna. Shithead number one looks at Shithead number two with a certain glow in his eye. "You know, don't tell this to anyone... But there's a website run by these guys, I think they're called 'The East Pack', or something like that. Anyway, they're like a genie in a bottle. That is, as long as you have the cash." Joseph says "Of course I do. You know me." Shithead number one writes the address in a piece of napkin, along with instructions on how to reach the website. "You're gonna need a special browser for this. Don't tell anyone, okay? Our little secret." The website looked like if it came straight from the 90's. There were no words anywhere - Just a bunch of icons. A car, a weapon, a pill... and a person. He clicked on the person, similar to the gender marker on a bathroom door, which brought him to a dialogue box, with the words "Tell us everything :)" written on it. He deleted the words and started to fill the blank space with his tale. He told them everything... From names to addresses. He then clicked on "submit". A dialogue box shows up, saying "Please wait..." After a few minutes, the words get replaced by "Insert credit card and phone number". Which, with more than a small amount of hesitation, he did. "SPECIAL OFFER: FREE SOUP CAN Y/N" He pressed "y", and then, "enter". The final message appeared a few minutes later: "SHE WILL BE MISSING. WAIT FOR CALL :)" The dialogue box went away and he saw himself back to the front page. He felt like if he was in a dream. He held the side of the chair as tightly as he could, for if he released it, he would float to the ceiling. But a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do, right? After his brother announced the marriage, Jenna went missing. That put a smile in Joseph's face. Perfect timing, if there ever was one. His brother's life was in shambles. The police didn't have a clue. The official consensus was that she ran away. Joseph waited patiently for the call. Six months later, it came. They gave him an address in the desert, some abandoned motel. It was a long drive. "Can I ask something?" The voice responded, as calm as before. "Sure." "I want her to wear a wedding dress. Can you do that?" "Of course. Anything for our customers." The voice went on to explain about the free bonus that Joseph got. A can of tomato soup, with a very special ingredient inside, to be delivered a few days later after they were done with her. Joseph would put the can on top of his fridge. When guests ask, he would say that he got that in Amsterdam. He gave the address to his driver, along with an extra to keep his mouth shut. Joseph remembered that day, in that empty room. Jenna went away to talk with the other girls. He leaned against the wall and listened. Because he lacked will and strength to do anything other than that. But like powerful man often do, he took what he wanted by force. The car drives away, leaving sunny Los Santos behind. _________________________
