Along with his family, he lived a quiet life, away from the world. One day, the sky opened up. Along with fire and strange debris, a green man came into our world. He found a home under a bridge. But winter came, and he got frozen under the ice. Like following a siren song, Robert found The Green Man, buried in the ground. He visited him daily, staring in wonder. The Green Man spoke back - in images and flashes, like memories. Views of beautiful things sparked in Robert's mind. Eventually, the day arrived when he said: "That's it! I'm getting you out of there." He came back home and told his wife and kids about it. They thought he had gone crazy - regardless, he got into his truck with a sledgehammer and drove away, back to The Green Man. The hours passed. Robert never came back. That night, the strongest winter storm in years hit the state, killing all of their crops. Months passed by. Summer never came again. Visions of a strange, warped green man started appearing inside the house. They eventually found Robert's truck, crashed against a tree. But no sight of him at all. Now stuck in the endless winter, the wife went away with the kids to start a new life, leaving the old farm to rot. The green man is still stuck under the bridge, like if god himself delayed summer so that he would be forever frozen. But cracks in the ice are starting to form...
