skribblez9's video: Cwalk Around Asia - Tokyo Japan - PART 2

@Cwalk Around Asia - Tokyo, Japan - PART 2
songs: 1) May J - Believe 2) Kick The Can Crew - Sayonara Sayonara hi :) this is part 2 of tokyo, japan. half pictures, half videos. after looking through the videos, i realized i actually didn't have many cwalk videos left to use lol. only some of the videos are in different locations. sorry about that. i thought i had more videos, but i guess i didn't get to make some videos in some places because of it either being too crowded or not being able to find a spot with some sort of view. i still wanted to upload part 2 because i said i would, so here it is. :D i tried to put in more pictures/videos of the people, because more than what you do and the sights you come across, i believe it's the people you meet or encounter on the way that really define the experience of travelling and make it worthwhile. i also put more pictures of the pokemon center because you guys seemed to like it and i laughed at some of the comments you made about it. i didn't take pictures inside so i won't be wrecking it for you in case you want to check it out for yourself. :) one thing i will say though is, when you get in, you will hear the same background music that plays when you go inside the pokemon center in the actual game. LOL. hmm.. what to say about tokyo.. i'll do it in point form so it's easier for me lol, so here goes.. most of the stuff i will mention is subjective, so you might not agree or think the same. just my experiences or what i personally noticed. * manners: lol first thing that came to mind; manners. i noticed a lot of the people in tokyo have very good manners. and most of them seem to stick to a general rule of mind your own business. people don't seem to stare, even when you walk into a restaurant and just a bit awkward when everyone looks at the noob that just walked in.. they dont do that here. in general, they have manners on lock. always seem to be excusing themselves saying "sumimasen" (excuse me) and "gommenasai" (i am sorry) when they're going past in crowded areas and often bowing if you give way to them. i can't think of anything else at the moment, but in general, they have manners perfected like an art. in trains they are usually on their phones sending text messages rather than talking on the phone, and if they talk on the train, it's not to the point where people will start to look. in general, they are very considerate of others in their actions. * eating: first time we ate at a restaurant.. we walked in and found a big rectangle kind of table with people sitting on one side and people on the other, and then a few people at the front facing the kitchen.. and then there was this machine with buttons on it.. each button had a price with a picture of food on it lol.. it was all in japanese so it was pretty fun trying to figure out what buttons to press but we figured it out in the end lol.. after putting the money in * masks: a lot of people wear masks. i didn't know why at first but later found out that they do it because they are sick and don't want to spread germs, or maybe other reasons like allergies. i would say it's very considerate of them, and also very considerate of them to treat those who do wear masks no different. lol i actually tried wearing a mask because i was sick for two days, and surprisingly, i didn't really find it awkward. no staring, people still minding their own business. didn't feel like i was treated any different whether it be in shops, on the street, or on trains, and the typical reaction you would expect to get from people like "oshit diseased ass mofo get away from meh". speaking of masks there was one time.. i dono if it was just me looking lost in the train station and having a mask on or what, but this lady randomly came up to me speaking japanese and i was like ohhh.. she was pointing to this ticket in her hand, and i was thinking maybe she needed help.. i was just going to walk to the ticket machine and tell her how to put it in or something.. until she just gave it to me and bowed and walked off.. to her husband and then they both bowed and smiled.. to describe them i think they were in late 20s early 30s.. i was so lost wondering what was going on at that time.. i just bowed back and smiled.. i looked at the ticket and it was one of those tickets that can go anywhere in tokyo and the time on the ticket said it was bought at around the same time she gave it to me.. i dono. i never used to the ticket :( because i already had a suica pass.. the ones you just recharge with more money.. instead i just kept the ticket in my wallet as memory of them. sorry youtube won't let me put anything more. description too long..
