Comparing six different vintage National guitars (plus a wee bash on a beat-up piano at the end !). Sorry, but the audio volume is quite low when I speak as I had a Viking BM9 ribbon mic gain set-up to not be overloaded by these loud guitars. The guitars for comparison are, in order of appearance : 1. 1930 Polychrome Triolian : 2-piece all steel body, maple neck 2. 1930 Style O : 2-piece all-steel body, Variation 1 etching pattern, maple neck 3. 1930 Style O : 3-piece German Silver body (nickel-plated but no etching), mahogany tricone style neck 4. 1934 Duolian : 2-piece all-steel body, bass-wood neck 5. 1932 Style N : 2-piece all-brass body, massive mahogany neck 6. 1935 Duolian : 2-piece all-steel body, bass-wood neck
