The Walleye fishing was epic, the winds relentless, the sky breathtaking and we're surrounded by Caribou. I'd say that was a pretty good day overall. Down the lake to my favourite portage trail to see if it required any maintenance and check out what the wildlife have been up to. Loads of "Caripooo", a good sign that they spent the winter in the area. They're all around, now we just hope for a sighting. Finished the day with an amazing sky, the winds died right down and the Walleye fishing was just incredible. Feeling blessed. Stay safe and enjoy everyone.
