@XBOX + Sega Chihiro VGA/RGB Adapter Project Part 1

I discovered in my previous video that Sega Chihiro can use the standard XBOX AV/IO output from the main board for audio and video so I decided to build a VGA adapter so it could be used to play VGA software since the standard cables did not support VGA. Here are the results so far. I'm confident I should be able to get everything working in the end.
