The song is thought to originate from South Carolina where Roberts was from, it's earliest known root is from around 1910, but it is almost certain to be of earlier origin. 60's 70's NYC depicted. I'd already posted this but was taken off because the previous vid showed a bit too much booty and boobys even though they were covered...........slightly.
