A lovely morning with bright sunshine, but dimmed by the eclipse which coincided with the departure of the double-headed first train. The cloud had filled in by early afternoon. Four guest locos for this event: BR Austerity 2-8-0 90733, London Transport Pannier Tank L92, LNWR Coal Tank 1054 and GWR 2-8-0T 4270. Also appearing GWR 0-4-2T 1450, GWR Heavy Freight 2857, SR Battle of Britain class 34053 Sir Keith Park and GWR Pannier Tank 1501. 1450 and L92 at Oldbury; L92 at Little Rock;1501 at Knowlesands; 2857 at Oldbury Viaduct and near Hampton Loade; 1054 at Little Rock and Highley; 1501 on the goods at Highley; 4270 at Hay Bridge; 34053 leaving Hampton Loade; 90733 at Hampton Loade and Eardington Bank.
