Friday began beautifully with sunshine and a great run by 46100 "Royal Scot" but soon afterwards the cloud rolled in and the rest of the day was largely dull. Other locomotives included 70000 Britannia, Ivatt 4 46521, West Country 34027 Taw Valley, Battle of Britain class 34053 Sir Keith Park, GRW 2-8-0 2857 and GWR prairie 4566. 46100 at Knowlesands and Hampton Loade; 34053 at Oldbury and Highley; 34027 at Highley and Eardington Station; 2857 at Highley and Hay Bridge; 46521 and 4566 at Sterns and Highley; 70000 at Waterworks Crossing.
