Hotpot, shabu shabu ,or steamboat at home! The Topwit hotpot/grill is the perfect size for one or two people. The 2 temperature hotpot holds about 5 cups of liquid. it takes about 6 minutes for the liquid to boil with the hot pot covered and set in level 2. The griddle measures about 8 by 8.5 inches. With 2 temperature settings level 1 reaches about 350⁰ Fahrenheit while lever 2 reaches about 450⁰ Fahrenheit. The hotpot and griddle have a nonstick coating for easy cleaning.
