Olympian James Roberts & media personality Emelia Rusciano chats about her experience at Palm Beach Aquatic Centre as part of the 2013 Swim Kids Operation 10,000 events. Swim Kids Operation 10,000 is a joint initiative of UNCLE TOBYS and Royal Life Saving Society -- Australia, helping raise funds to provide FREE or subsidised swimming and water safety courses to 10,000 kids who would otherwise miss out. As part of Operation 10,000 from Sunday 17th to Sunday 24th February 2013,UNCLE TOBYS Ambassadors Eamon Sullivan, Emily Seebohm, James Roberts, Cate & Bronte Campbell and Matt Cowdrey, are living at one of five pools around Australia, in Corowa (NSW), Palm Beach (QLD), Sydney (NSW), Bathurst (NSW) and Adelaide (SA) for 2,000 minutes each. That's a combined total of 10,000 minutes of swimming star support to raise awareness and funds for SWIM KIDS Operation 10,000! Swim Kids also created a short documentary this year featuring one of many children we are helping to learn to swim and survive. Nominated by Royal Life Saving Society - Australia, 7 year old Joseph received a term of swimming and water safety lessons through Royal Life Saving's Swim and Survive program thanks to Swim Kids Operation 10,000.
