Today we're tasting the India Pale Ale extract kit we made by TrueBrew on the all electric brewery. Overall, it had a strong malty tone, and I really liked that the hops were minimal. Interestingly enough, I should have had this beer a little warmer, because in retrospect, they wouldn't have drank cold beer while on a voyage... Will have to brew it again and serve at room temperature to see! But overall, I think this beer was very solid, and is definitely in the realm of beers I would brew again. Easy drinking, good flavor, and a nice malty backbone. Can't beat that. Cheers!
