Buy 2010 Primus at TFsource.com - http://www.tfsource.com/products/view/product_id/1587/?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=watch&utm_campaign=tfsourcechannel ----- This is a TF Source video review for TakaraTomy 2010 Creator Primus Cybertron - the cybernetic technological world from which all Transformers originated. Cybertron has been a notable locale in almost all Transformers fiction and more importantly has recently appeared as important character in the mythos. Character, you say? Well if you are like some fair-weather Transformers fans, you may have missed the original Marvel comic series, Dreamwave's War Within comics, or the end of the Unicron Trilogy known as Cybertron or Galaxy Force. Over time, the Transformers mythos has evolved to include Unicron as a dark god representing evil and the yin to this yang as the light god Primus who resides within or even sometimes IS Cybertron itself. Simply put, Primus is the God of Transformers and has been re-released in an exclusive color scheme for TakaraTomy's 2010 line. Meant to act as Universal Dominator Unicron's foil, 2010 Creator Primus is an all-new upgrade to the original supreme class figure that you might have missed years ago. Throw your scale expectations out the window and douse yourself with holy energon as we take a 2010 crash course in Transformers religious studies. So is it time to make an offering to the God of all Transformers? Many fans may be avoiding this figure because they already have Cybertron Primus and don't feel a straight repaint gives as much bang for their buck like the remolded Unicron head did. However, the planet mode for Creator Primus is a definite improvement over the original and can fill a gaping void in your Transformers prop department. If you detest the idea of Cybertron having the power to Transform at all, then you may want to avoid this figure, but you may find it difficult to resist giving Unicron some much needed competition in your display case. If Primus continues to play a role in future Transformers fiction, this could become a cornerstone in many collections. For now, Primus will continue to preach to the converted and keep the balance of his plastic universe in check. ----- Produced by: Diablien - http://www.collecticon.org Music by: The Coming Weak - http://www.thecomingweak.com Lesser Known Saint- http://www.lesserknownsaint.com Figure provided by TF Source - http://www.tfsource.com A VERY SPECIAL THANKS TO JASON BLUE BOOST for lending his rare cybertron planet keys, 3" Titanium Autobot Ark, and Kabya Galaxy Force Sonic Convoy.
